In addition, all descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.  You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Premium- value stores, online shopping centre is happy to provide our “Home and Curbside delivery service” throughout Trinidad and Tobago meeting you at your request. The home and curbside delivery service has an order placement time limit in order to guarantee delivery in the shortest amount of time possible, within the store working hours and in accordance with the public transit guidelines and restrictions that may exist where the service is provided. Therefore, the member understands all orders will be processed and made available for pickup on order of completion. The member will have a Five (5)-hour window after the pickup confirmation communication is sent to pick up their order. If a confirmed order is not picked up within the specified time, a 10% restocking fee will be charged and a refund of the order fee will be processed to the payment used by the member to place the order. 

Premium- value stores, membership food store is happy to accommodate curbside delivery, due to the liability involved this service will be arranged only at public places making the outcome both satisfactory and safe minimizing risk to all involved.

In the case of limitation of liability, we and our affiliated parties shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting in any way from. any errors in or omissions from the Site or any services or products obtainable there from, the unavailability or interruption of the Site or any features thereof,  your use of the Site, the content contained on the Site, or any delay or failure in performance beyond the control of a Covered Party.

The Site contains press releases about us and links to other Web sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions express in such Web sites. Third party content represents solely the thoughts of the author and is neither endorsed by nor does it necessarily reflect our belief. Material contained in the content may not be duplicated or redistributed content may appear on the Site or may be accessible via links from the Site.
